Acknowledgement: All orders are promptly acknowledged in writing by
email or online order form– if customer does not receive acknowledgement from BadgeKorea, Inc,
their order is not active, you must contact customer services to ensure
receipt of order.
Artwork: To minimize art charges, customer should provide ‘production
ready’ artwork, otherwise any changes or alterations are subject to charges.
We accept artwork formats: ai, eps,cdr, pdf, psd, jpg, gif, bmp. PC version preferred.
Cancellation charges: Customer is responsible for all work completed up to
time of cancellation – including artwork, die / set-up charges & production.
PMS Colors: Select from the 21-PMS colors offered on our ‘Color Palette’ or
request specific color matching for a small additional charge
Pricing: Prices shown are effective January 1, 2019 and are subject to
change without notice. Prices in catalog reflect 2D designs – call to confirm
3D charges.
Terms & Payments: For all new accounts - 50% deposit with order is required,
with the balance shipped C.O.D or paid prior to shipping.
- VISA / MasterCard & American Express credit cards accepted, as well as
Money Orders, Electronic transfer.
Deliveries / Shipping: All orders are shipped via DHL, UPS or EMS(USPS), C.I.F. Seoul Korea.
Freight prepaid and added to invoice.
